I had a great experience with this photo booth company! I reached out at 8 PM on a Sunday in a bit of a last-minute situation, and they truly came to my rescue. They were responsive, accommodating, and made the whole process feel easy.
We had Photosnap Columbus Photobooth at our Otterbein University, Black Excellence Ball, and they were absolutely amazing! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly.
PhotoSnap Columbus was great to work with! Prior to our event, they were very responsive and professional, including by designing the perfect layout for our prints. The staff at our event was organized, professional, and engaging. Compared to other products and companies in the area, I found them reasonably priced.
We booked a PhotoSnap Deluxe Booth for our company party and it was a huge hit. Setup and preparation were easy, and Jacob was very responsive. Rachel was great and very helpful, helped us make sure we were within frame, and was able to troubleshoot when necessary.
