I found J&R online and initially liked this company because they were local and inexpensive. But once booking, days leading up to my event, and the day of, I knew I made the right choice! They are so professional, so nice, so patient!
My company had a St. Patrick's Day luncheon, and we needed tables and chairs for about 50 people. I googled where I can rent them and J&R Party Rentals came up. I submitted a request for quote online, and they answered me within one day.
What great service! Email response was spotty in the beginning but J&J was quite reasonable with their answers. They handled rescheduling of the rain date reasonably. They texted a few minutes before arriving both for drop off and pick up.
I found this business by accident and love everything about it. The professional team easy drop offs and pickups! Customer service is incredible! I refer them to everyone I know that needs this type of service and I personally will use them for as long as I can.
