Oh my goodness. I don't know where to start with Paula and her business. First of all, I decided on hiring a Photo Booth for my baby shower very last minute and Paula was so prompt in getting back to me. Talking to her on the phone I could tell she had the best energy so I decided to hire her.
Well, where can I start... The customer service from Ernest was amazing! Paula was extremely professional and made us feel comfortable from our first interaction. My daughter's quinceañera wouldn't have been as fun without them. The pictures and service were amazing. The price was very good.
So happy with my decision to book with Paula and Big Photo Events! From the moment I spoke to her on the phone she gave the most amazing customer service and made the entire Photo Booth booking process stress free for me.
Paula was amazing. I hired her for my daughter’s quinceañera and she did a great job at getting everybody over to take pictures. And she even provided a photo book at the end with all of the pictures that were taken and gifted it to my daughter. It was so nice going through and seeing all of the pictures the next day.
